Return and Refund policy

  • Return will be accepted in case of physical damage of the product or entirely wrong product delivered to you given that you provide the unpacking video.
  • Under any circumstances, we do not accept cancellation.
  • Unpacking video must for damage refund. Unpacking video should start from opening of the sealed package. In case of aggressive handling while opening the package which might lead to the damage of the delivered product, refund will not be entertained.
  • For return, the damaged/wrong product must be packed in the same way as received keeping the delivery label, packaging wrap, cards and box intact. Once pickup is generated, our delivery agent will collect the product from you and we will initiate refund that same day after pick-up is successfully done by our agent.
  • For an exchange, you compulsorily need to contact us via mail/ WhatsApp within two(2) business days.
  • Customized orders are not at all returnable.
  • For all returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
