Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Shipping all over India is FREE for normal delivery speed.
- For urgent express delivery kindly contact us where extra charges might be applicable. Refer to the ‘contact us’ to get in touch with us.
- Address (including your contact number, pincode etc.) is strictly and entirely a buyers’ responsibility. Riddhi Pankaj will not be accountable on that.
- In ideal circumstances, your order (domestic) should reach you in 2-8 days from the date of dispatch, depending on the recipient’s address. Otherwise, you are instructed to contact us personally.
- In case of any natural calamity, festival or pandemic delivery can be delayed. Riddhi Pankaj will try their best to solve such issues but we do not take responsibility of unforeseen events.
- Shipping can get delayed during busy festive seasons, please order with time in hand during such time of the year.
- Currently, the website cannot tackle the international shipments. Please contact us if you are looking to shop from overseas.
- Processing Time
All orders are delivered within 2-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
